Mission
Homo Faber. Human rights: small steps, big changes.
Vision
Homo Faber’s vision is a Lublin in which every person feels free and safe, fully exercising his or her rights regardless of gender, degree of fitness, national and ethnic origin, “race,” skin color, psychosexual orientation, religious beliefs, worldview, political opinions, wealth, age or any other characteristic.
As part of its activities, the Association runs three programs: Anti-discrimination, Integration and Film.
Homo Faber is made up of a team of people who, specializing in different fields, jointly strive to use their potential in working for human rights. The team’s working principle is democratic decision-making, respect for the individualism of its members, and continuous and systematic self-improvement.
The Homo Faber Association was registered in 2004. It has the status of a public benefit organization.
Homo Faber – from the Latin for craftsman, working man.
